Breathwork techniques have been used for thousands of years as a way to help manage stress and anxiety, reduce pain, and help with other emotional/physical aspects. It’s no surprise breathwork pairs well with Joovv as both are simple, complementary, noninvasive therapies you can do by yourself. - Listen to music/podcast
Treatment times fly by when listening to your favorite music or getting lost in a great podcast episode. Audiobooks are also a great option. You can’t go wrong with either!
- Sip on your favorite beverage
Very few mornings start off better than Joovvin’ while sipping on that first cup of coffee. In the evening a nighttime tea is also a good option for those who prefer doing treatments close to bedtime.
- Dry Brush
Dry brushing is a great way to support healthy skin by increasing blood flow and promoting lymph flow/drainage. Combined with red light therapy your skin won’t be able to thank you enough.
- Massage tool
Both red light therapy and a massage tool (gun or roller) are very effective at reducing muscle soreness and stimulating an increase in blood flow to damaged tissues, making this a powerful recovery combo.
- Reading a book
Diving into a book not only can be very calming and relaxing but it also gives your eyes a much needed break from screens containing bright blue light. This combo creates a nice wind-down evening routine.
