And here are a few of my own! A few weeks ago, I tripped and skinned my knee up pretty bad. So I thought I’d see if the Joovv Light would help. And I'm amazed at how quickly my knee healed! In less than 10 days, the big, ugly opening on my knee was almost completely gone. In the photos below, the "before" picture is on the right while the "after" picture is on the left.
Also, I don't have a picture for this next one. But about a week ago while working out in the morning, I heard a pop from my calf followed by a lot of pain and severe tightening. I knew right away that I hurt my calf muscle pretty bad. After doing a little research, I think it was a class III muscle strain. By the end of that first day, I couldn't walk or move my foot at all. In fact, my husband bought me crutches so I could get around. I know there's evidence that red light therapy helps with muscle repair. So I started using my Joovv Light for 8 minutes, twice per day. Each time I used it, I felt relief from the pain and tightness. On the third day, I was able to walk without crutches. And on the fourth day, I was walking without a limp! I was amazed at how quickly my muscle recovered, considering the initial severity of my calf strain. I'm convinced red light therapy with the Joovv Light significantly reduced my recovery time.
